To get Pikachu in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you can go to Hawthorn City and make your way to the south exit to Route 212. Continue south past the mansion on your right. Walk around the wall, and make your way north inside the entrance to the mansion.
The Trophy Garden is along Route 212, south of Hearthome City, and can be accessed by entering the Pokémon Mansion and going through the northern door straight ahead from the entrance. There's plenty of exploring to be done and wild Pokémon to be caught here!
How to catch Pikachu
No need to worry, as Pikachu is not a rare Pokemon to catch. It has a spawning rate of about 40%, so you should not have any trouble encountering it.
